The red seas have calmed. The market is starting to look a little more settled than it has in the previous weeks.
Surely this will not do. Who will the bankers or the powers that be wheel out to confound the public and the inexperienced in crypto with their scare stories this week?
Will it be another Financial Insititution head? Telling you that you know nothing and that all your coins will be worthless?
Will it be a government minister from somewhere in the world with veiled threats about your ownership of these crypto coins?
My bet...
Neither.
I think that this week the powers that be will drag out a celebrity. A celebrity from the world of software perhaps. Someone with a bit of clout. Yes. This person will deride the blockchain and the people that invest in it. There will be more talk of crypto and Bitcoin being the coin for murderers or North Koreans.
After all, we cannot have those crypto alternatives to big Government Fiat gaining in popularity and market cap can we?
