En esta semana 140 - con màs de dos años de actividad - y segundo round, deseo continuar con mi Ciclo de Canciones de Air Supply, ese magnífico dúo australiano que deleita a su público desde la década de los 70 y que sigue activo aún en nuestros días.
Air Supply ¡Los primeros artistas occidentales en ir en gira a la China! se han dedicado a temas de música pop, especificamente de soft rock, siempre romànticos, siempre con melodìas muy bonitas y arreglos espectaculares.
La canción que comparto hoy con ustedes es "Here I am", y a pesar de ser nostàlgica, melancòlica, a mì me conecta con recuerdos gratos ya que la escuchaba mucho en una época en que mi familia estaba completa, no habían fallecido ni mi mamá, ni mihermano Jhonny, ni mi suegra, ni mi esposo - y menciono a mi suegra porque fue para mi una gran amiga - así que escucharla me lleva a revivir momentos muy gratos.
Espero que, para quienes conozcan la pieza, también sean gratos los momentos que vengan a su mente como contexto de cuando la escuchaban antes y espero que, para quienes la oigan por primera vez, sea agradable oirla y conocerla.

In this 140th week—with more than two years of activity—and the second round, I wish to continue my Air Supply Song Cycle, that magnificent Australian duo that has been delighting its audiences since the 1970s and is still active today.
