Hola mi muy querida comunidad de Hive Open Mic. Esta semana me ha sido dificil y cuesta arriba lograr publicar mi post. El viernes nos reunimos, como acostumbramos, en casa de @hermaryrc, a grabar. Pudimos grabar los videos de @elioe, @carmenrivas, @orlandobello y @hermaryrc. Cuando íbamos a grabar @luisfe y yo ¡Se fue la luz! Eran ya màs de las 8 de la noche y no nos podìamos dar el lujo de esperar a ver si regresaba, asì que nos fuimos a casa. Luego, @luisfe, debido a sus compromisos en la Universidad, no pudo ir a grabar conmigo el lunes a casa de @hermaryrc, grabè yo sola, pero la Canaimita de @gabrieljr, que es la que utilizo para subir los videos a Youtube (ya que nuestro internet es muy debil y no es compatible con 3speak) està siendo formateada por @luisbarrios porque presentaba muchas fallas.

Bueno... esta mañana logrè grabar a @luisfe en casa, y yo conseguì una PC prestada en casa de una amiga apenas ahora...puff, puff .

Later, @luisfe, due to his commitments at the University, could not go to record with me on Monday at @hermaryrc's house, I recorded by myself, but @gabrieljr's Canaimita, which is the one I use to upload the videos to YouTube ( since our internet is very weak and is not compatible with 3speak) it is being formatted by @luisbarrios because it had many flaws.

Well... this morning I managed to record @luisfe at home, and I borrowed a PC from a friend's house just now... puff, puff.

Y acà estamos... con esta maravillosa temàtica de "Light of the World" (Luz del mundo), idea de nuestra Artista Destacada @jessicaossom. Les traigo la canciòn "You Light Up My Life" (Tú Iluminas Mi Vida), es del año 1977, la compuso Joseph Brooks, músico estadounidense, para la película del mismo nombre y ese año ganó del premio Óscar a la mejor canción original de dicho año.
Aunque originalmente fue interpretada por la soprano estadounidense de origen ucraniano Kvitka Cisyk, la versión más conocida es la interpretada por Debby Boone, hija del también cantante Pat Boon. En su voz llegó al número 1 de la lista Billboard Hot 100, y se mantuvo en esa posición por varias semanas consecutivas en 1977.

Su letra nos habla de cómo un encuentro personal con Dios hace cambiar la vida y donde antes había soledad y oscuridad, la Luz de Cristo ilumina las tinieblas y ese estar seguros de su amor hace que nunca màs nos sintamos solos.

Como nota simpática les cuento que la vecina de al lado tuvo qué hacer una diligencia y @barbyjr se ofreció gentilmente a cuidar a su bebè, pero a la hora de grabar tanto @gabrieljr como @luisfe, estaban ocupados en sus menesteres de la universidad y le correspondió a @hermaryrc cargar a Damián para que @barbyjr nos grabara. El bebé se portó muy bien en toda la grabación y posó para las fotos...je,je,je. Por coincidencia llegó con su ropita de color azul también..¿Qué tal?
