Ok, here is the thing. When it comes to small mana, I choose the Pyre summoner because it gives an extra speed and if I can I choose the speedier monsters and to my luck today, I got a ruleset where one can place Melee anywhere. So, choosing the Serpentine soldier to be placed last where the thorns could come in handy proved to be really helpful.
The speed helped plus the fact that Scavio chemist at Max level has some wondrous abilities like debuffing the speed and range of the enemy plus cleanse.
So, there you go and plus it has enormous speed. You better own this card if you have not tried it yet.
Chaos agent is one cool guy you must own and as he is neutral, he can help with almost any battle. The dodge and the phase abilities make it super good. Read the lore for some super cool stuff.
