I think there should be a way to redeem (some sort of) Account Creation Tokens without being required to have more than 5,000 Hive Power first 🤔

Claiming an Account Creation Token (ACT) using Resource Credits currently requires about 6,470 Hive Power at 100% Resource Credits. 🤓

I want to pay for Hive Power delegation just for the Resource Credits, but paying 15% APR on #DLease just for ACTs looks too expensive. 💸🙁
