We went to Ayala mall yesterday to buy a trolley for our upcoming trip to Siargao. Since deciding where to eat is kinda hard for both Demple and I, we let her sister decide where to eat.
I don't remember when was the last time I dined at Casa Verde, I guess it's been forever already that I forgot what's in their menu already. I was just really glad yesterday that we let her sister decide because I just had a sumptuous dinner because of her.
We have availed their combo sets, 2 combo set B with baby back ribs with shrimp and one soda can, one combo
Set C with baby back ribs with fried chicken while Demple and I both have their Carly's country salad and her sister had their carbonara with their famous death by chocolate dessert (which is my new favourite by the way). On top of our meals we also tried their hearty baked potato soup which was really creamy and flavourful.
It was really a good meal especially the dessert! I think I'm gonna crave more of it in the future because it tasted really good. For the salad, it's just a normal salad and way too many lettuce with some chicken breast which is good for those who are on a diet. Well, since we are really trying to suppress our appetite because of our upcoming trip that involves wearing sexy beach outfits we really have to discipline ourselves for a beach ready body. Anyways, it was just a vegetable salad for me. For the carbonara, it taste creamy and it was good but I'm not just a fan of it. For the combo set, I love the baby back ribs and the shrimp. Most of all I love the dessert! It's just the right amount of sweetness and chocolatey. It melts on my mouth which I savoured really well.
I'll definitely go back there again for the dessert for sure! :)
