Dussehra has one more important significance to us - We worship the God for the vehicle
“All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for all I have not seen.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson
Yes, its all about trust or belief. We believe in worshiping the God in the vehicle to save us from any thing bad, and we do it on every Dussehra. The vehicle is cleaned and a puja is offered after which lemons are crushed with a belief that it will keep us safe from bad influences, and all washed out in the form of Lemon.
Interesting belief, some may say, or some may say even useless, but again its all about trust.
