Yes, its all about trust or belief. We believe in worshiping the God in the vehicle to save us from any thing bad, and we do it on every Dussehra. The vehicle is cleaned and a puja is offered after which lemons are crushed with a belief that it will keep us safe from bad influences, and all washed out in the form of Lemon.
Interesting belief, some may say, or some may say even useless, but again its all about trust.
