How to quit the job in a civilized way, most polite?
I just quit my job. And here are the things I've learned before applying for leave (From my friends and internet)
✉ Don't rush. You should apply for leave at least one month before you leave. The first person you should talk about your decision is your manager. It is a respect for your boss. Your boss will be unpleasant if they hear about this from others.
✉ Do not try to lie about an unreasonable leave. Be realistic about the reason for your leave. If your reason is bad for others, let's say it in a more subtle way
✉ Work professionally until the last day and hand over the work in the most detailed and enthusiastic way.
✉ Do not mention new jobs when you are working at an old company. Or take advantage of the time at the old company to get interviews at other companies. Always respect the old job.
✉ And most importantly, when you decide to quit, avoid intimate conversations with your boss. You will feel guilty about your decision to quit your job
