Sunset view from Loue Valley, France. I'm absolutely in love with this area. We about 30km from Switzerland and it's just pastures and "Hills" (max height: 500mt). We are what you call on the 2nd step terrain. As one enters Switzerland you will be on the 3rd step meaning mountains above 500mt.
For a girl who grew up in Mpumalanga, South Africa this is some scary heights. I'm more comfortable on flatlands. But the beauty of this area takes my breath away and I forget about the "skinny" roads we have to drive into the valley to see this view.
