The catrin is much less known than the catrina, and to be honest, it’s usually much less colorful than the catrina. In this case, the intention wasn’t exactly to depict a Catrin, but rather a sort of drag queen wearing Catrin makeup, who is also a Catrina, to which additional axolotl elements were added (what a tongue twister!), resulting in this beautiful piece of artwork, and I consider myself very fortunate to have been part of.
