I'm going to buy this if when I visit he office, I am assured they have a good tow service, just in case, a decient help line , a good maintance shop and warranty. With iphone in hand , I'll go over to this office and see if they can convince me that this is a wise investment. Also I want to be sure this tri-cycle will travel up to mountain locations with at least 4 aboard. I do know from a lot of sources that this product from India is the "back bone" of their public transportation with a superior reputation for comfort and reliability. So , as I said "with iphone in hand" , I will post again when I complete my mission. P.S. bad weather is the best time to buy~
