You will understand this if you were in India a few years ago. Before the 'Swach Bharat Abhiyan' (clean India movement) that our honorable Prime Minister launched a few years ago the condition of India was bad. The public toilets needs a special mention. Public toilets are a common sight in India. One can find them almost everywhere, but are they useable? Well, that would definitely need a second thought.

I am pretty sure, those who dared to use the public toilets in India would surely be infected with UTI's ( urinary track infection). The dirty toilets at public places are disgusting. The pay and use ones were no good either. I remember once I made a keeper to go and clean before I used the toilet. I cannot tolerate dirty toilets. My house may be messy, but the washrooms are all spotlessly clean. Toilets are home to germs and keeping them dirty is like inviting infections.
Girls are the sufferers when it comes to toilet problems. Men however relieve themselves, but for women it is difficult. That gap made way for those new age pee cups that are designed for women, but those are not definitely something that would reach every woman in India. Many are still oblivious to that fact that such products even exists much like the menstrual cup.
Many women resort to holding the pee till they reach a cleaner place to relieve themselves. This actually means straining their pubic muscles, which in the long run may be disastrous. I have heard mum's tell their daughters to hold their pee, is this right?
Well, this problem cannot be termed as 'entirely eliminated' from our country, but we surely are getting there. However, if every individual takes it in his/ her own hand to make India cleaner and better, the day is not far away when these problems will be termed history. I do my bit by cleaning after I use the toilet, do yours and help your country, it just takes some seconds.
