There are three main sections in this game, Level Devil, Level Devil-er, and Level Devil-est. As you can probably tell from the names, each section is designed to be harder and more frustrating than the one before it. 😭Each section contains 16 stages in total 15 regular stages and one final stage that serves as the boss stage for that section. The 16th stage is basically the ultimate test of everything you've experienced throughout that particular section, making it the hardest and most challenging stage.
And it doesn't stop there. 😭 Every stage contains four different games, each with its own set of obstacles, traps, and challenges that you have to overcome before you can finally move on to the next stage. So, completing a single stage isn't exactly a quick task, especially when the game decides that it has had enough of your happiness. 😂
This game is genuinely frustrating. I'm currently at the 16th and final stage of Level Devil-est, which means I'm literally at the final boss stage of the hardest section in the entire game. And trust me, the developers did not hold back when creating this one. The games in this final stage are extremely long, and that makes every mistake feel ten times more painful. You could spend a good amount of time carefully navigating through obstacles, avoiding traps and thinking you've finally figured everything out, only to make one tiny mistake and get sent all the way back to the beginning. 😭 This happened to me several times! There were moments where I had already made a lot of progress, only for one unexpected obstacle to completely ruin everything. After repeating the same thing over and over again, I eventually reached my limit and had to exit the game because I was already raging too much. 😂💀
The funniest part is that all of this was happening in the middle of the night. Imagine trying to peacefully play a game at midnight, then suddenly getting destroyed by an unexpected trap and screaming out of frustration. 😭 I kept disturbing my neighbours every time I started raging, which was obviously not ideal. I really didn't want to turn my gaming session into a neighbourhood disturbance or, worse, get myself into trouble because of a game. 😂
What's also interesting is that I haven't actually played the earlier levels yet. I decided to jump straight into Level Devil-est because I wanted to experience the hardest part of the game as early as possible. If you remember my first post about Level Devil, I mentioned that I wanted to see what the game was really capable of, and going straight for the hardest section seemed like the perfect way to do that. 😭
So, once I finally manage to conquer this final stage, I'll be going back to play the other levels that I skipped. At least I'll already know what the game is capable of, so hopefully the earlier stages will feel a little easier after surviving this nightmare. 😂
For now, though, I'm still stuck fighting my way through the 16th and final stage of Level Devil-est. Hopefully, my next post about this game will be me celebrating a victory instead of complaining about another rage session. 😭🔥 Thanks for stopping by on today's post! I also received a recommendation from someone here for another rage-bait game, and I'll be giving that one a try too. Hopefully, I haven't just volunteered myself for another round of suffering. 😂 Good night everyone, and rest well.👋😴
