As a 13 year veteran of the UK porn industry I grew tired of it all towards the end and consequently started making films which pushed me creatively. Just for fun!

The King's Speech was a big hit at the UK box office. The King with a stutter... poor lad.
It just so happens that Lord Edward Davenport is a personal friend and The King's Speech production team chose to shoot the majority of this film in his rather fancy home, 33 Portland Place, Central London.
It didn't take much to persuade him to let me shoot an alternative porn version of the original film using very similar shots and even similar words and plot line.
He loved the idea and so it was...
One Sunday afternoon I called together my team and created this film.
And as you can see it attracted quite some attention. 400,000 hits on YouTube and a mention on a prime time TV show by the star of the film himself.
RudeTube also ran with their own version of my film which they still screen every year. Though I declined to be interviewed for this film for various reasons which I won't go into now.
It was a strange situation I found myself in because I had not been expecting to take the lead role! The male porn star I had booked that day did not show up, so I had a simple choice:
Call the whole thing off or do it myself. And you can clearly see which I chose!
But what this meant was that I was suddenly getting calls from international porn companies with substantial offers to produce the full film.... but only if I agreed to play the star!
Sorry folks. I am a filmmaker. Not a porn star. And I didn't make The King's Piece for money. I made it for fun.
I learned much in this period about who my real friends were.
Even just one brief moment of fame can be a very revealing experience.
