Money & Time

I announced my return back to being active on Hive yesterday, However it's easier said than done. I still find it very difficult to think of what to write.
I'm in a better situation today because of money. I always told my mother to give me time to make alot of it. I frequently compared time to money when talking to her. I'm always like if i make more money, I'd buy you some more time.

But in all honesty, am i wrong to think that way? Can money buy time? Does our financial strength play a role in how long we can live?

In Time

In Time is a 2011 American science fiction action film. What exactly is the plot of the movie?

" In 2169, people are genetically engineered to stop aging on their 25th birthday, when a one-year countdown on their forearm begins. When it reaches zero, the person "times out" and dies instantly. Time has thus become the universal currency, transferred directly between bypeople or stored in "time capsules". - IN TIME

Although it a frictional movie, IN TIME shows how powerful time could be as a currency itself. In the movie, The rich (people with alot of time) stayed together, while the poor(people with less time) struggled together. A very interesting movie i would recommend.

In the end, I keep wondering if we all are getting it wrong by thinking Time is Money, but what if it was the amount of money you possess determines how much time you get. If money can bring respect from different kinds of people both young and old, make someone admire you and even adore you, so why can't it give you more time. In my previous articles, "Money Money Money" part 1 and part 2, I have referred to how money is a powerful tool but I forgot to mention that money can give you more time with anyone because that's what makes billionaires stick together and respect each other's opinion even if they might not listen to one another sometimes.
