Happy sunday dear friends
My physical activity today: walking through the cement jungle, a sunny afternoon.
The prize is to go for a snowy coffee with brownie.
I don't want to overdo it, so I only ate half of this.
Then the storm came, run home. When the rain stopped, go with my mother and my dogs in search of a cassava bread fresh from the oven now with hot coffee. While the bread comes out of the oven, we walk with my dogs around the ranch that overlooks the river.
There is always an excuse for procasting regular physical activity, so I find many reasons to walk.
