Good night or days dear friends
Fulfilling the appointment with physical activity, at night I went for a walk with my two dogs, it was not easy, on the way we met three kittens, I had to hold my dogs tight at the same time, to avoid a fight. I don't have much strength! and they didn't want to come to reason....
So besides walking, it seems that I also had a good arm exercise...
When we arrived at a park, I was able to observe some crafts, but few photos because my hands were occupied.
