My meeting with physical activity today was in the river, what a hot day!
I walked around the river, among rocks, sand and forest.
The trees and the river give a lot of freshness to the place, however the gentleman sun managed to show his face among the thick branches of the trees and to spread his light on me.
The river also got its bath of light, and get an emerald green tone.
There were many people there and their pets also had chances to enjoy the beach.
At the end of my day the main prize, a refreshing swim while I swim in the opposite direction to the river. This is not included in my points because I don't want to damage my phone in the water.
No dinner, it's hot, just a dessert and now I'll sleep like a baby.
