¡A la rica banana oiga...! Hoy les traigo mi merienda, la cual ya se está poniendo bien madurita. Los plátanos y las bananas son una de mis frutas preferidas, tienen un punto de madurez que me encantan. Es decir, mi gusto por ellas es quizá un tanto particular: si están demasiados verdes no me agradan nada y si se pasan (cuando comienzan a tener esas manchas oscuras) tampoco puedo comerlas. Pero hay un día en su proceso de maduración que están espectaculares, tal como lo está hoy la que presento en la imagen. Si compro unos plátanos verdes que tardan digamos 4 días en comenzar a pasarse, podré comerlas al tercer día. No el primero ni el segundo, ni desde luego después del tercero... Así que nada, voy a comer ésta antes de que sea demasiado tarde.

To the tasty banana...! Today I bring you my snack, which is already getting very ripe. Bananas and plantains are one of my favourite fruits, they have a point of ripeness that I love. I mean, my taste for them is perhaps a bit particular: if they are too green I don't like them at all, and if they are overripe (when they start to have those dark spots) I can't eat them either. But there is a day in their ripening process when they are spectacular, just like the one I present in the picture. If I buy green bananas that take say 4 days to start to ripen, I will be able to eat them on the third day. Not the first day, not the second day, and certainly not after the third day.... So I'm going to eat this one before it's too late.
