This brings back great memories of when my family and I went to the folk festival in Straubing in Bavaria. It was amazing, there was a procession of farmers all decked out in traditional clothes from the different regions of Bavaria. The beer steins were huge and contained 2 pints of beer.
Bavaria is a lovely place to visit with beautiful countryside and picture postcard towns and villages everywhere.
