If by terrorists you mean Russia then that is very unlikely. You seem to forget that Russia has the largest nuclear arsenal on the planet and is a country that is not going to roll over just because people like you along with the western media calls Russia names. What is needed are diplomatic peace negotiations. Sadly, the US and UK sabotaged any chance of a peace deal back in March 2022. To avoid the possibility of World War 3 then we need an urgent return to the negotiating table.
