I'm a very educated person with several degrees and professional qualifications etc. Yet my best friend was bullied at school and left early. She has no formal education, doesn't read, I think you would consider her stupid. But we have a laugh together. It has been my more educated friends - Guardian readers to a man - who have come over "stupid" due to the brainwashing.
