Hello #Hive and #SWC people, this time I bring you a video of a workout I had today of some static combos, I hope you like it. Among the things I performed were some moves like the OAP (which I'm mastering more and more), conventional planks, conventional front, front squats, front squats, hefesto, and a new strength move that I hadn't tried for a while: The Full maltese. I had a long time without trying that movement, and although my previous attempt was considerably better, it still counts the one I recorded, so it is definitely paying off the workouts, we will continue with much more, I am striving to be an excellent athlete, especially in the part of the static, GO FOR MORE.
