Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un video de mi entrenamiento de hoy. Pues bueno muchachos hoy les traigo un video en el que realicé un entrenamiento en el que quería entrenar plancha como de costumbre, así que fui a las barras con ese objetivo. Principalmente estuve haciendo algunos intentos de algunos trucos de agilidad, un por ejemplo, el rey escorpión que es un truco que estoy tanteando, luego les actualizaré del tema, pero de resto como me gusta hacer grabé principalmente el entrenamiento de plancha, el cual si bien fue algo básico, sin duda fue igual de productivo, sin mas espero les guste el video.
Hello #Hive and #SWC people, this time I bring you a video of my workout today. Well guys today I bring you a video in which I did a workout in which I wanted to train plank as usual, so I went to the bars with that goal in mind. Mainly I was doing some attempts of some agility tricks, for example, the scorpion king which is a trick that I'm testing, then I will update you on the subject, but otherwise as I like to do I recorded mainly the plancha training, which although it was something basic, it was certainly just as productive, without further ado I hope you like the video.
