Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un entrenamiento de hace unos días de Front y Hefesto. En este entrenamiento me enfoque sobre todo en las posturas y a mejorar un poco lo que vendría siendo el Hefesto, un movimiento que a pesar que domino, aún me falta mucho por pulir puesto que nunca le presté atención a esta parte del ejercicio sino que me enfoque en simplemente fortalecerlo. En otras noticias, pronto se vendrá contenido de la quedada de Gianpiero Fusco acá a Puerto Ordaz, Estado Bolívar, así que estén atentos. Sin más que comentar, me despido.

Hello people of #Hive and #SWC, this time I bring you a training from a few days ago of Front and Hephaestus. In this workout I focused mainly on the postures and to improve a little what would be the Hephaestus, a movement that although I mastered, I still have a lot to polish since I never paid attention to this part of the exercise but I focused on simply strengthening it.
