Respect your elders or you will fail is something you get told since day 1. I agree its one of the biggest life rules you have to follow but also respect yourself, respect your worth and your role in society/office. How do you disrespect an elder? By talking ill of them. Thats exactly how your disrespect yourself. Respect yourself and you will for sure excel in whatever youre doing.
