Hi! Steemit friends. Now, the world of humans is storming into a state of confusion. In Japan, the number of a full time staff has declined dramatically, and the number of a part-time worker has been increasing. As a result, human relationships has become more and more complicated. How can we live without worries?
I read Parable of the Tares in the New Testament. A man sowed good seed in his field. But his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. When a man tried to eliminate weeds, the owner said, “because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.” (the New Testament. Matthew chapter 13. Section 24~30)
I’m not a Christian, I understand these biblical expressions by myself, so if my commentary is wrong, I’m sorry.
Japanese level of well-being moved down to 54th place. The world of humans is full of sufferings. There are lots of cases that a man very honest, diligent, and kind-hearted becomes a target of a nasty person who are overjealous and dirty-hearted. The act that hate on or bully someone is a bad conduct. However, we couldn’t eliminate evil in this world of humans.
We cannot live in an aseptic room. As the saying goes, we must tolerate the good and evil elements. We need a resolution that we manage to exist together even with evil. We tend to think that if we eliminate evil, our future looks bright. But, no matter how many times we eliminate evil, the percentage of evil may be the same in any group. Every time we boot out an evil person, another evil person appears.
In the above “Parable of the Tares, I understand that if we live right and cleanly, we are surely rescued at the end. And weeds, that is to say, evil people are destined to be thrown away.
I have worked with a care worker, who had behaved in a problematic manner. He had been receiving complaints from other staffs and a patient’s family. He wanted to work the night shift because he wanted to make money. But the boss relocated him to Day Service, which had no night shift. He had to retire from the hospital. I think that when he understands the reason why he was relocated to the workplace he didn’t want to, he will be able to clear one stage.
I think that The God, or The cosmic laws personally, is watching our words and actions, keeping a very close watch on growth of us.

新約聖書に毒麦の例え話が書かれています。麦畑に良い麦の種をまいたのに、その畑に誰かが毒麦の種をまいた為、麦が目を出した時、良い麦の中に毒麦が混ざっていました。小作人が毒麦を抜き取ろうとすると、地主がそのままにしておけ、今、毒麦を抜くと良い麦まで抜いてしまうかもしれないので、収穫の時に毒麦を集めて捨てたらいい、と言いました。（新約聖書・マタイ福音書・13章・24～30節）
私はクリスチャンではありません。感じるままにこの聖書を自己流で解釈していますので、間違っていたらごめんなさい。
日本人の幸福度ランキングは54位に下がってしまいまいた。人間界は苦しみに満ちています。一生懸命に頑張っている人が他の人の嫉妬や妬みのターゲットになることも多々あります。人を妬んだりいじめたりするのは良くない行為です。しかし、悪を排除できないのが人間界なのです。
私達は無菌室で生きることはできないのです。清濁併せ呑む、という言葉があるように、善人でも悪人でも誰とでもなんとかやっていくという気構えが必要です。私達は悪を排除すれば安泰だ、と単純に考えがちですが、いくら排除しても、どの集団においても善悪のパーセンテージは一定なのかもしれません。退治しても退治しても悪は次々と現れるのです。
上記の聖書の言葉では、辛抱強く善を保って生きていれば最後には必ず救ってもらえる、と解釈できます。そして、毒麦、すなわち悪人は、最後には捨てられる運命にあるのです。
以前、非常に問題行動を起こす介護福祉士がいました。スタッフからも患者さんの家族からも苦情が出ていました。その介護福祉士は、夜勤を希望していましたが、夜勤のないデイサービスに移動になり、辞めざるをえない状況に追い込まれ、退職しました。どうして自分が左遷されたのか分かった時に、彼は、１つのステージをクリアするのだと思います。
神様、というか、私的に言うと、宇宙の法則は、いつも私達の言葉や行動を見ていて、成長するのを見守ってくれているのだと思います。
