Hello guys!
Guess what! Autodesk has been updated! It hasn’t changed much just the view size has increased and the colors. The colors were the thing that made me excited. There are many different shades of one exact color now and I couldn’t resist trying them. Therefore here I am doing a post on it. Oh silly me! How are guys doing by the way? Are you guys doing well? It seems Eid-ul-Adha has ended so to all my Muslim friends late Eid-ul-Adha Mubarak!
So guys do you want to know which color I choose? Or should I let you guys guess and tell on the comments? Even though you guys will be seeing the illustration anyway so let’s begin and I will be letting you guys play the guess and tell on the color choice!
The first thing here is to draw the window’s frame as we are going to see the rainy view through a window. Now we can’t just give a boring rainy drop but it is here. I wanted to give a scene and I decided to give the city view at night. I love night sceneries and adding rain to those moments is like adding a cherry on top of the icing. It’s so smooth!
If I have to make the city view, then I have to give the busy city roads right! So there it is. Oh and to draw this I used the ‘color builder’ tool and the ‘glow’ tool. I guess I don’t have to explain where I used the glow tool in this image.
Then I made a building that is close to the window. Here I used the ‘color builder’ tool to draw the building and a pen tool to draw a refined line for the windows and others. I also used the glow tool to draw the lights.
Then I drew more buildings.
Here I of course had to draw the railings and street lights.
And ta-da! The one we all have been waiting for the ‘Rain’. Now to do this part is quite simple. All I had to do is use the ‘hair’ tool to smudge the view, then use the inking pen tool to draw white lines and that’s it!
I have no words for what I have drawn in here. This was supposed to be a cell phone that was ringing. I didn’t want to end it here so added this and I think I will add a girl too.
First I drew a dress.
Next, I drew some fine legs and arms with mangled heads and hands. Hehe! It will be fine guys! This thing will be hidden by her hair.
See! I told you guys it will be fine. Here I drew a cup of hot drink in her hand and her hair with a little bow. That’s it! The end of my today’s post.
I hope you guys have enjoyed it. Let me know what color you think I picked in this illustration. For now bye-bye and take care. See you guys in the next post.
