On the last post we took a closer look at Space Pants, a plant near the end.
And now...
Started life in a glass of water and took many steps to end up in a small pot in the yard. It was a rough ride.
Then I started removing whole branches, which were all very flimsy and delicate.
If she can pull through the stress, I will put her in a giant pot and give her a chance to grow up more. I am really dying to see what a larger version of this one looks, smells and tastes like with a better season, better constant care and less bad stress.
I got rid of the stems and crappier leaves and non-sugar leaves but left the buds longish.
But no worries. I didn't turn it on. I am just using it as a drying rack that allows darkness on the inside.
I've never actually used this dehydrator for anything. There was a plan to use it for food and it just got put away. Then as I was prepping an area to hang dry branches I saw it and pulled it from the box. It seems to be drying that small amount okay. We'll see how it goes. I did look online to see if it's ever been done with a running dehydrator. The consensus of the list of experiences that I read about regarding this is that drying your weed in this thing isn't advised, So no jerky weed for us, guys! lol
PART ONE
THE LAST ONE BEFORE THIS
I make art and I grow things. I'll leave it up to you as to which of the two I am better at.
