This one is called "Mindless".
Here is how I got there.
I started with a blank index card, started this time with a color pencil for an underdrawing.
Then a blue fine tip rolling ball pen.
Two angles so that you can see the top side and underside.
Finally a little black pencil shading to make it pop a little better.
