This one is called "Bait".
Here is how I got there.
I started with a blank index card, and a color pencil for an underdrawing.
Then a blue fine tip rolling ball pen for the start of INK!
Finally a little black pencil shading to make it pop a little better.
Finishing it off with a Sharpie to hide all the dangers that are waiting!
