As a first step download the software Audacity on google.com then install to your PC, after finished installing, then run the software Audacity can double click on shourtcut or by right click and select open.
The next step is, click the file then select open, then select the song file you want to make for ringtones. Like the instructions in the picture below
The next step selects the duration you want to ringtone, move the cursor to block the duration of a desired dot, then click the icon with the scissors image to remove the duration you want to remove. Take a look at the tutorial picture below.
When you have finished cutting the duration of the song file, click the play button to ensure that the desired duration is appropriate, then continue the next step of saving the file.
