It's almost impossible to get a photo that best suit this content, but i think placing an unidentified image is a better identity that concurs with the post.
Few months back, i had initially applied for a job in a brewing company. Unlike other advance countries that employs machine to carry out 80% production task, most companies in my country find it hard to do that. Not employing heavy machines to carry out task in a brewing company sounds like greed to me.
But do i have to complain ?, I guess i really needed the job so bad😔.
After having my first day at work, i realised the job i applied for was meant for machines, or people that consider themselves as superhumans. My body couldn't take the pain that comes with sorting and lifting of loaded crates. At a point, i concluded i won't be making a return to work the next day.
Luckily for me, i had a friend who works in the same brewing company, but drives a fork lift. His work was actually better than mine, so he decided to help me out in search for anyone who can share his/her fork lift truck. I was n't so sure if i should accept the offer or not, even though he was ready to teach me how to drive. I consider him as a financial inside man since he was ready to offer the same opportunity he is having.
From the brief story above, we can define a financial inside man as someone, who has a way of creating financial pathway for others. Being a financial inside man, literally does n't mean that money must be offered as a way of assistance, but making out ways for people who are worthy of your trust.
If most people had the opportunity, to meet with rich people, they might gladly go for a financial assistance that informs money. Offering them money, seems to be a better way of solving their problems, Unlike others that prefer getting same opportunity as the person who is offering it.
In the world today, we've had millions of people who are very good with a particular task or skill, but don't have the privilege to put it to test. Having an inside man, who is is related to that skill can simply give the assistance to who so ever is in need.
Though, there are certain cases where some people gets a financial job offer they don't deserve. Their inability or lack of interest to cope with the job, makes them ineligible, but we find them in such positions because of the presence of an inside man. Having a financial inside man, should n't be a fact we should disagree with, because there are several people out there, who has what it task to perform better than us, but don't have that necessary opportunity.
I belief that everyone who is diligent, deserves an opportunity like others. This opportunity doesn't come in a fictional way, but from an inside man who has the little capacity to give make a pathway. Its impossible for everyone to attain success within his/her own capabilities. Some persons might just need someone, who has what it takes to make a way.
We can also be a financial inside man to others, by offering others same job opportunities we are having, since we can only give what we have. I think, sharing piece of information about the benefits of hive and content creation, can also be a way of creating pathways for others.
