I Embroidered the Purple Flowers with Daisy Stitch

Hello guys. Hope you are all doing well. I am back in this community after a few days with my beautiful embroidery. Hope you all are having a great first day of the new year. Some of you may know that last time I embroidered a bouquet of red flowers and I made the embroidery very neat and beautiful that's why I got good feedback.

Today I have embroidered beautiful purple flowers. I used purple, yellow and red thread to make the flowers and green thread for the leaves and branches. I got the idea of making these flowers from the internet. Hope you will like this embroidery of mine. Let's start with the procedure.

When I woke up this morning, I had a strange feeling, maybe this feeling was the joy of a new year. I love to see the sun when I wake up in the morning but unfortunately the sky was foggy and there was no sign of the sun. I checked the weather forecast on the internet and found that the sun will not rise for a few days. My day without sun is very difficult so I decided to make a beautiful flower embroidery to celebrate the new year.

You can see the original picture here from where I took the sketch of these flowers embroidery. The sketch of this embroidery was very easy so I quickly made a good sketch. In this design, two beautiful flowers are hanging on the same side which makes this embroidery more beautiful. After completing the sketch, I started the process of embroidering these flowers.

First I put the purple thread in the needle and started embroidering the flowers. I put two layers of purple thread in the needle to make the flower slightly thick. The stitch I use to make these flowers is called the Daisy Stitch and I found this stitch name a few days ago but I have been using this stitch for a long time. I use this stitch in most of my flower embroideries as it is quite easy and looks elegant.

Now I embroidered leaves and branches with green thread. I used the same stitch to embroider the leaves and it was quite satisfying to embroider the branches. Finally I embroider the center of the flowers with yellow thread and red thread and I have mentioned in many of my previous posts that this stitch is my favourite. I finished this embroidery in about an hour and had a lot of fun making it. I hope you will like this embroidery of mine. I will be waiting for your feedback.
