For this week's #sublimesunday, as inspired by c0ff33a@c0ff33a, I returned to my local swamp. I hinted at earlier this week that this trip was ahead of me when I was atop the bluff below and looking down on the marshlands beneath me.

What a day for November...temperatures in the mid 60Fs, clearish skies, and a beautiful November sun high above.

The trails weren't overly packed today. That's always a good thing. It always makes the experience just a little bit more enjoyable when crowds of people aren't passing by.

The people may have been sparse, but wildlife was out and about. Wildlife sights included some turtles, ducks, and plenty of fat, plump Canadian geese. There are always a few geese in these wetlands.

I definitely think I'm going to invest in a monocular/viewfinder type thing to take better, improved photos of wildlife. To be able to get good photos of all the waterbirds that live in this area and the cycle they frequent the marshlands is something worth investing in. I definitely think that would be a good thing to get our daughter into, too.

That would also mean more photos to share with Hive. That's always a good thing, in my personal opinion!

Who doesn't love a sublime Sunday with blues, whites, greens, oranges, reds, and every other type of color nature affords us? I know I love it, very much. I even visited the old willow tree yet again (with hugs for it, of course!) I think I will have to start doing a better job of watching my old friend over the course of the solar year. It's a thought, anyway...time will tell!

Thanks for stopping by for my #sublimesundsay! Hoping others enjoyed the day too; until next weekend!
