This past weekend, I made the commute to Winona, Minnesota on a Saturday to get a head start on the upcoming financial audit this week. On the way up, I finally felt relaxed enough to pull over on a turnout along Highway 61 to take in the frozen Mississippi River. It was cold but beautiful...the only issue was that cars were flying by me at 70 MPH. Not even this view can escape traffic...
