🚀 Hive dApps Dev Update - WorldMapPin <=> Distriator Integration 🗺️🤝

Hello Hive Community Members 🐝,

Hope you’re all doing amazing! I’m back again with another juicy dev update on my Hive blockchain dApps development journey.
I keep building on Distriator & CheckInWithXYZ, and at the same time, our team is re-writing the 3Speak mobile app (🔥 more details on that soon).

Today’s update is all about the Distriator project and our latest integration progress with @worldmappin.
But first... a little Hive pep talk 👇

🌍 Collaboration with WorldMapPin

I’m working with the amazing @worldmappin team to enable smooth integration between their project and Distriator.
Some extra APIs were needed, so I fired up my dev-jetpack and built them 🚀.

🏪 API: List of Businesses

WorldMapPin needed a list of businesses API, so I rolled out /business/paginated. This works with pagination to fetch business details efficiently.

Best part? 🎉 It requires no authentication, so you can try it instantly from API docs. Just hit “Try Now” → set page & size (max size = 20) → click Execute.

Example response includes:

• Business profile details (name, display picture, photos 📸)
• Work time ⏰
• Business type 💼
• Contact details ☎️
• Location details 📍
• Much more data goodness!

⭐ API: Reviews on a Business

Once you’ve got the business list, you’ll notice it includes a business-id. This ID is your magic key 🔑 to fetch reviews for that business.

Endpoint: /review/paginated

• Requires business-id (mandatory)
• Defaults: page = 1, pageSize = 10
• No authentication needed ✔️

When you hit “Try Now”, just enter the business ID and pagination size → execute → boom, reviews are yours! 🔮

For example, I tried with business-id 66cc99d51c3b7a709d7a7289 with page = 1 & size = 10.

The response shows:

• Hive username 🙋
• Hive post permlink 🔗
• Photos 🖼️
• Review content 📝
• Business purchase value 💰
• Cashback details 💸
• More review data magic ✨

With this, @worldmappin can pull in reviews directly for businesses on their platform. Integration → ✅ done right!
