With this post, I'll talk about saving mobile data when using 3Speak Mobile app. In my previous post, I explained how to save mobile data. This post is an extension to it.
Why turn off auto play?
3Speak Mobile app starts autoplaying video as soon as you launch it.
On top of that, any interaction you do, scroll - swipe, it would result into more data consumption.
It is bad for those who are on mobile-data. It will drain their internet packs.
Turn off AutoPlay
To eliminate this issue, I've added a feature "AutoPlay Video" - On/Off.
This was requested by @techcoderx as shown in the screenshot below.

How to Turn off / On AutoPlay
Open settings
Change the switch as indicated in the screenshot below.
How does it look after turning off the AutoPlay?
After turning off the AutoPlay. You'll no longer see in-line-players
With that all videos which were being played in feed view, will be stopped.
You'll only see thumbnails of the post in feed.
In order to play video, you'll have to tap on it.
