      EGRANG is one of the traditional games of indonesia. This game can be found in different regions with different names. The word egrang is derived from the Lampung language, which means shrimp.
      Stilts made of bamboo stalks with a length of approximately 2.5 meters. Approximately 50 cm from the bottom, made foot ground with a width of less than 20 cm.
      How to play?

1. Stand on a chair with a hand holding stilts.
2. Put both footprints on the stamp and both hands the top stick.
3. Walk by slowly lifting the left foot from the stilts.
4. If your body will fall, step foot right
   pan followed by the left foot.
5. Once balanced, walk to the front, turn around, and return to the original place.
6. Do this exercise over and over again with variations of distance, speed and direction.
