What I always hear from my family members is how unpleasant the breast exam is. They wonder why there's so much technology in medicine and they still have to press on our breasts to look inside.
Although there's a history of cancer in the family, only one aunt has suffered from breast cancer. So we remind ourselves in the family of the importance of getting checked early.
