Siempre se llega a tiempo cuando hay cosas buenas para mirar. Si los churros y el chocolate no estuvieron en mi lista mental, pero mi hija estaba esperando el fresquito para llevarme. Tampoco me esperaba una sopa que me preparo el yerno que me encantó. Solo queda el cocido entre los pendientes. Dos kilos más de cuando llegue a Madrid. Hice otro quesillo y no le he tomado fotos. Ando con los preparativos de las maletas. Agradecida por todo y la amistad que me deja un gran sabor. Un abrazo.

You always arrive just in time when there are good things to see. Churros and chocolate weren't on my mental list, but my daughter was waiting for the cooler weather to take me out for them. I also didn't expect the soup my son-in-law made—I absolutely loved it. The only thing left on my to-do list is the cocido (Spanish stew). I’ve gained two kilos since arriving in Madrid. I made another quesillo (flan) but didn't take any photos. I'm busy getting my suitcases ready now. Grateful for everything and for a friendship that leaves such a wonderful, lasting impression.
