1.- La maternidad es a la vez gratificante y desafiante. ¿Cuál ha sido una de tus mayores lecciones desde que te convertiste en madre?
Desde que era pequeña recuerdo ese deseo por ser madre. Tenía planificado en mi mente graduarme, enamorarme y tener hijos. Era como mi gran grande ilusión. Creo que todavía estoy aprendiendo a ser madre, porque aunque los hijos han crecido y he tenido que dejarlos ir, ellos siguen consultándome alguna decisión importante.
Es un constante aprender que ahora ellos pueden andar solos por la vida.
El amor que mis hijos me dan de vuelta ha sido una de las mayores lecciones de vida, es una constante que esta presente en cada llamada o mensaje que me envían a diario.
2.- ¿Crees que la mujer tiene hoy un papel muy claro en la sociedad? Si es así, ¿cuál es ese papel?
Las mujeres están destacando cada día en más espacios de la sociedad demostrando su gran capacidad para manejar desde un hogar hasta un país. Su papel siempre sera el de mantener unido todo a su alrededor para salir adelante en forma conjunta.
En la actualidad están destacándose por su capacidad de abarcar y tener muchos talentos en el área donde la pongan. Simplemente no se deja amilanar, sigue destacándose mientras mantiene a su familia a flote.
3.-¿Cuál es tu recuerdo favorito de tu mamá? (¡o alguien que desempeñó ese papel en tu vida!)
La creatividad que desbordaba mi mamá y su capacidad de trabajo es lo que más me impresionaba. Cuando fui madre me di cuenta de las horas que ella dedico para mantener su hogar ordenado y que no faltara nada.
Se acostaba tarde por cosernos alguna ropa nueva que necesitáramos y siempre tenía grandes ideas para elaborar los trabajos con grandes mejoras.
La recuerdo cosiendo un traje braga con unas travillas con botones para evitar que mi hermanito especial se golpeara con las manos. Fue algo muy creativo. No era algo brusco como una camisa de fuerza, era un traje liviano con sencillos accesos para sujetar sus manos y evitar que se auto golpeara lastimándose.

Since I was little I remember that desire to be a mother. I had planned in my mind to graduate, fall in love and have children. It was like my great dream. I think I'm still learning to be a mother, because even though my children have grown up and I've had to let them go, they still consult with me about important decisions.
It is a constant learning that now they can walk through life alone.
The love that my children give me in return has been one of the greatest lessons in life, it is a constant that is present in every call or message they send me daily.
2.- Do you think women have a clear role in society today? If so, what is that role?
Women are standing out every day in more areas of society, demonstrating their great ability to manage from a home to a country. Your role will always be to keep everything around you together to move forward together.
Currently they are standing out for their ability to encompass and have many talents in the area where they put it. He simply doesn't let himself be intimidated, he continues to excel while keeping his family afloat.
3.-What is your favourite memory of your mother (or someone who played that role in your life!)?
The creativity that my mother overflowed and her ability to work is what impressed me the most. When I became a mother I realized the hours she dedicated to keeping her home organized and that nothing was missing.
She stayed up late to sew us any new clothes we needed and always had great ideas to make the work with great improvements.
I remember her sewing a panty suit with some button loops to prevent my special little brother from hitting himself with his hands. It was something very creative. It wasn't something abrupt like a straitjacket, it was a light suit with easy access to hold his hands and prevent him from hitting himself and hurting himself.
