There are different varieties of lemon, they differ by their size, thickness of the rind, amount of juice, its seeds and harvest season. In Venezuela, the most cultivated lemon variety is:

Lemon Tahiti: It has no seeds and its fruit is large.
Subtle lemon: Its size is medium, it is juicy, with a thin rind and an oval shape.
