Ran into my compulsive disorder

In the city I see a guy, he walks in front of me .... about 18 years old ... hairs tightly shaved on the side and on the top a little bit longer.

It is neatly combed forward with a layer of wax in it, only at the back, on its crown, I see a dry tuft of hair .... not touched with the wax .... proudly pointing up and falling in the other direction. I can hardly restrain myself ... that hair has to go the other way.

I have that urge .... would he appreciate it or would he find it strange? What to do, what to do 🤔 ... while I think about it, he turns right, into a side street, along with his dancing tuft of hair. He is gone...
