One of these inventions is the Kreepy Krauly the original automatic pool cleaner!!
Although my pool cleaner is an original Kreepy Krauly, I was not happy with it. At every opportunity it got, it was taking a rest on its back. It just did not want to work at all, just lying on its back the entire time!!
I decided to take action against this lazy machine!! The solution was quite simple, I just took an empty plastic water bottle and tied it to the offending cleaner with 2 pieces of string at such an angle to keep it upright!!
I had to adjust the buoyancy of the bottle as at first it caused the machine to float, preventing it from working, this was to the liking of this lazy machine.
After some adjustment, it had just enough lift for the machine to sink and to keep it upright at the same time.
The machine is now laboring along at the bottom of the swimming pool!!
I hope I won't have a strike on my hands soon!!
