Today was quite a busy day, starting of by taking my son and his girlfriend to the airport, to catch an early morning flight to Cape Town.
We then went to church and after that went for lunch at my parents.
As you can see the daily activities gave me a nice step count.
Now it is of to bed to rest before starting the new week.
