I'm looking forward to our respective head-universes when missing bits can be grown from your own cell samples/tissue cultures/whatever and replaced (if you prefer natural/organic bits, I'm sure there are people out there who prefer the cyberpunk/steampunk look perhaps with the added bonus of accurate haptic feedback).
