At this stage it's all texture and flavour experimentation for both of you so just have fun XD

That's about as useful as you're going to get from me as after attempting a couple of rounds of baby food for the eldest we found it easier to just let them pick off our plates when they were ready and after they started doing that regularly they got their own little plates of whatever we were eating (we're nothing if not lazy).
