Got home from being with friends and family yesterday, and this beat popped into my head after playing a new combination of chords on the upright piano in the house. Vamped the chords into Ableton, got the beat moving in the right manner, sang in a few ideas, created an arpeggiated synth out of my vocal sample, spent about 20 minutes searching for that perfect tambourine samp, found it, and added it.


Today, I spent the greater part of the morning applying for various jobs. Got 4 interviews in Denver, CO, but they are in-person interviews (aren't down for Skyping). Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to fly out to CO for the timeframe they've requested (2 weeks), so I searched for new jobs before returning to finish this beat.


All I had to do today was arrange the raw ideas I created yesterday, then mix and master the track. Would love to have some lyrical content to add to this track. This track has the most mass-appreciation possibility out of anything I've produced thus far!


With that info in mind, I will be saying a quick goodbye today. I'm about to go outside and soak up what sunlight is left out today and meditate on the exciting possibilities that are constantly being presented.


On a final thought, I've been having some very incredible dreams lately. I'm convinced I live two separate, fully-realized lives. Today marks one month off of all things that I'm attached too substance-wise. I still enjoy a stout cuppa every morning, but life is revealing my full-consciousness, and I've never felt so good before, mentally and physically. Here's to achievements and the love of progress! I'm presently fully enabled to experience some great achievements. Will you go with me? I wish for you not to be left behind. :)
