Hope you all are doing good.
Today I want to talk about a journey that we took one and half year ago just before the pandemic 馃樂. We were planning to visit our family in India and we booked our flight which had a connection in Istanbul.
My husband was tracking the past flights and on that route and found that the same flight have been delaying most of the time. We looked at this as an opportunity as we knew that we might be able to visit Istanbul if we get lucky and the flight is delayed.
We packed our luggage considering that we would have to stay in Istanbul.
Finally we boarded the flight and to our surprise it was delayed. This was one of the first time when we were actually happy because of flight being delayed. We missed out connection and airline arranged the stay and booked us on next day flight. We got a free stay in a beautiful country and got the chance to visit the beautiful city.
This was an amazing experience. Since then we decided to have look and delaying flights and o my book those to get a free stay 馃槑馃槑
